Deposit Policy

A deposit of 50% or the first night’s stay (whichever is greater) is required within 7 days by check or money order. Deposits are credited to the last night of your stay. You are financially responsible for the entire period of your reservation, which includes “no shows” and credit cards taken for deposit on short notice reservations. Reservations will be held until 8:00 A.M. the day following your scheduled day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund of your deposit will be made only if notice is received 21 days prior to reservation. With less notice, deposit will only be refunded if unit is re-rented for the same dates. There is a $25.00 service charge on all cancellations.

Please note that a reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit has been placed to secure the booking. To avoid any misunderstandings, you will be charged for the number of nights reserved – even if you leave a day or two early. Please check confirmation, arrival, and departure dates.

A confirmed reservation is a two-way commitment. We commit to holding that particular unit for your desired dates, therefore not selling it to someone else. And you commit to staying in that unit for those dates that we’ve held it for you.

We would like our guests to have a vacation that is relaxing and enjoyable. We ask that you re-check all dates and policies to avoid any conflicts. If there is anything that we can do for you, please let us know.

Private House & Lodge Rentals:

  • Rates vary based on occupancy
  • Additional bedrooms: $30 per night / sofa sleeper: $20 per night
  • Linens and towels provided for weekly rental, $25
  • Cleaning fee for weekly rental, $75
