This beautiful and spacious 2000 square foot three-bedroom, with additional sleeping available in the family room, rental home is nestled among the woods on a bluff overlooking Fish Creek harbor and Peninsula State Park. It is located approximately 4.5 miles south of Bay Breeze Resort.

This lodge comes fully equipped with all of the conveniences of home:

Birch Valley Hideaway

This newly updated 2.000 square foot, four-bedroom rental home is located north of Fish Creek and south of Ephraim, approximately 1.5 miles south of Bay Breeze Resort.  The rental home is surrounded by 12 acres of birch trees and located near Peninsula State Park, which offers hiking, biking, swimming, golfing, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing.

Additional Amenities

In addition to the terrific features each of our rental homes offers, we supply many additional amenities to our guests, including:

Linens and Towels

Bed linens are provided for each rental property. Some of our rental properties have sofa sleepers. For those of you who will be utilizing the sofa sleeper, please notify us and we will have extra linens available. We also supply towels to all of our rental properties; there is a fee of $25 for weekly linen and towel rentals.

Bath and Kitchen Supplies

Each rental property has a starter supply of the following: toilet tissue, facial tissue, bath soap, dish soap, and garbage bags. These supplies will get you started so you don't have to run to the store upon arrival.

Kitchen

Each rental home is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, microwave, flatware, dishes, cookware for basic cooking, hot pads and a gas grill. Please feel free to bring any other personal kitchen equipment or supplies.

TV and VCR

Each rental property has a TV, VCR, DVD, and several movies on-site.

Telephones

Our rental properties do have private telephones that are available for local calls only. If you need to make a long distance call, please use your calling card, cell phone, or call collect.

Pets/Smoking

In consideration of all our guests, the resort and it's rental homes are NON-SMOKING and do not allow pet visits. A fee will be charged for disrespect. Thank you for your cooperation.

We request that all guests leave the property in reasonable order. We appreciate you gathering and bringing your trash and recyclables to the Bay Breeze Resort and placing them in the proper containers located in back of the Resort. We also appreciate you bringing all dirty linens and towels to the Resort in the laundry baskets provided in order for us to get them ready for our next guests. Dishes must be washed and placed back in the cupboards and blankets and bedspreads should be folded and placed on the beds. For our 7-night weekly rentals, there is a $75 cleaning fee.
