Bay View Lodge is a beautiful three bedroom log home which is located in Fish Creek. It is nestled among the woods on a bluff overlooking Fish Creek harbor and Peninsula State Park (which offers hiking, biking, swimming, golfing, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing).		Bay View Lodge

This newer 2000 sq ft lodge has A/C, 3 bedrooms with king and queen size beds, 2 bathrooms, living room with a TV, VCR, and a stone fireplace, open concept fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. The lower, walkout family /rec room offers a queen bed, TV & VCR. Outside, you will find patio furniture and a gas grill on the deck. For your convenience, you will have seasonal access to the facilities at the Bay Breeze Resort, including the outdoor heated pool, whirlpool and sandy beach. The resort is located approximately 4.5 miles north of Bay View Lodge.

What are the homes like?

One of our rental properties is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, which can sleep a maximum of 8 guests. Another of our rental properties is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home which can sleep a maximum of 10 guests. All house rentals are located in private, secluded areas not far from the heart of the villages and near Peninsula State Park, which offers hiking, biking, swimming, golfing, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing. While staying at one of our house rentals, you will also have seasonal access to the facilities at the Bay Breeze Resort, which offers an outdoor heated pool and spa.

What is supplied? What should I bring?

Linens & Towels: Bed linens are provided for each rental property. Some of our rental properties have sofa sleepers. For those of you who will be utilizing the sofa sleeper, please notify us so we will have extra linens available. We also supply towels to all of our rental properties; there is a fee of $25 for weekly linen and towel rentals.

Bath & Kitchen Supplies: Each rental property has a starter supply of the following: toilet tissue, facial tissue, bath soap, dish soap, & garbage bags. These supplies will get you started so you don't have to run to the store upon arrival.

Kitchen: Our rental properties are fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, microwave, flatware, dishes, cookware for basic cooking, hot pads and a grill. Please feel free to bring any other personal kitchen equipment or supplies.

TV & VCR: Each rental property has a TV & VCR and several movies are on site.

Telephones: Our rental properties do have private telephones, for local calls only. If you need to make a long distance call, please use your calling card, cell phone, or call collect.

Pets / Smoking: In consideration of all our guests, The Resort and it's rental homes are NON-SMOKING and do not allow pet visits. Thank you for your cooperation.

Do we have to clean the rental property?

No, and Yes. You're not expected to do any actual "cleaning;" however, you are expected to leave the property in reasonable order. For our 7-night weekly rentals, there is a $75 cleaning fee. We appreciate you gathering and bringing your trash and recyclables to the Bay Breeze Resort and placing them in the proper containers located in back of the Resort. We also appreciate you bringing all dirty linens & towels to the Resort in the laundry baskets provided in order for us to get them ready for our next guests. Dishes must be washed and placed back in the cupboards and blankets & bedspreads should be folded and placed on the beds.

Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% or the first nights stay (whichever is greater), is required within 7 days by check or money order. Deposits are credited to the last night of your stay. You are financially responsible for the entire period of your reservation, which includes "no shows" and credit cards taken for deposit on short notice reservations. Reservations will be held until 8:00 A.M. the day following your scheduled arrival date.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund of your deposit will be made only if notice is received 30 days prior to reservation during off-season and 16 weeks prior to reservation during summer, fall & holidays. With less notice, your deposit will only be refunded if the house is re-rented for the same dates. There is a $50.00 service charge on all cancellations.

Please note that a reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit has been placed to secure the booking. To avoid any misunderstandings, you will be charged for the number of nights reserved, even if you leave a day or two early. Please check confirmation, arrival and departure dates carefully.

A confirmed reservation is a two way commitment. We commit to holding that particular home for your desired dates, therefore not selling it to someone else. You commit to staying in that home for those dates which we've held for you.
